Terms of Service
Last updated: October 3, 2026
These terms govern use of Content Distributor, self-hosted software for preparing, scheduling, and publishing content to social platforms. By operating or using an instance, you agree to these terms and to the terms of each connected platform.
TikTok application identity
Xingyu Studio is the registered TikTok application used by Content Distributor. These policies cover that integration as well as the Content Distributor workspace; the separate names do not indicate separate permission grants or production approval.
Content ownership and publishing consent
You retain your rights in content you supply and must hold the necessary rights in video, images, captions, and music. You authorize only the processing and transmission needed for the destinations and workflow you explicitly choose. Review the account, media, editable caption, audience, timing, interaction settings, and required music-use and commercial declarations before confirming. Uploading to TikTok's inbox does not itself publish the video; you must finish that workflow in TikTok.
Authorized use
You may connect only accounts that you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for the content you submit, the audiences you select, and compliance with applicable laws, intellectual-property rights, advertising rules, and platform policies.
Platform access
When you use the YouTube connection, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. You can choose the title, description, and privacy status of each YouTube upload before you confirm it.
Social-platform features depend on third-party APIs and may change, be rate-limited, or become unavailable. Content Distributor does not guarantee that a platform will accept, schedule, publish, or retain any item. You may revoke access through the application or the relevant platform at any time.
Account security
You are responsible for protecting your application account, server, encryption keys, and connected-platform credentials. Do not share access tokens or client secrets.
Prohibited activity
You must not use the software to impersonate others, distribute unlawful or deceptive material, evade platform safeguards, send spam, or access an account without permission.
Availability and liability
The software is provided as-is, without warranties of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, the operator and contributors are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the software or a third-party platform.
Processing, moderation, and schedules
An upload or processing receipt is not a guarantee of publication, copyright clearance, recommendation eligibility, or permanent availability. Platforms control their own moderation and may not expose every check through their APIs. Schedules without native platform support require an active execution service and valid authorization. Deleting a local record does not automatically remove already-published platform content.
Current availability and infrastructure costs
The current operational workspace is an authenticated, operator-controlled installation, not a generally available public hosted service. The TikTok application is Live, but production Direct Post remains disabled here while its separate audit restrictions remain. This policy page does not sell subscriptions or authorize charges. Hosting and third-party services may incur their own costs. Nothing in these terms removes a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Termination
You may stop using the application, revoke platform access, and request removal of your account and stored data from your installation operator. Where an installation offers Disconnect, you may use it for a connected account. Complete self-service account deletion is not enabled. An instance operator may suspend access when required to protect the service, users, or third-party platforms.
